Now it is a week to go. We will be riding from Everett to Skykomish next Sunday. I am now training on my old Bianchi as we have shipped our bikes already. Shipping them was a bit hard on Chris - knowing our bikes are being sent off on a truck across the country. It is also exciting to know the countdown has really started.
I was surprised at the cost to ship them - now I understand why people buy bike cases and use them repeatedly - lesson learned!
I am packed and Chris has a good list. He needs to pack amidst a week of final exams. For me, I wasn't sure if I needed to pack in advance of a work trip. Then I would not have had time later. Nothing materialized so I am just ready.
